The Rotary Oven is made up of very thick steel profiles and "cascade" water flow, placed at the side of the oven chamber allowing an easy access for cleaning and maintenance.

The EO Rotary Oven is simply your best buy for high volume production. You can either use the single rack (up to 18 pans) or double rack (up to 36 pans per load).

EO's R-series have standard suspended type racks, flat floor ramp for easy loading and unloading, front mounted panel for service and maintenance.

The double stainless steel silicon rubber seal on the vertical and upper walls of the door guarantees a perfectly hermetic seal.
